I’m Still Screencastin’ - Embedding Video in the Curriculum

We certainly saw an uptick in teachers creating screencasts during remote learning. Now that many schools are back in person, do we go back to sit and get teacher lectures for an hour? Let’s hope not. Together, we can take one of the biggest lessons learned during remote learning - how to create effective screencasts - and apply them to our everyday teaching and learning. Let’s review how to make high quality screencasts, as well as what to do with them to make sure our students stay engaged. Specific apps include: Screencastify, YouTube, EdPuzzle, Google Forms, and more.
